Welcome to another year with the University of Scranton's Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery.
Membership is open to all students. Those interested in computer science or computers in general are strongly encouraged to join. Our goal is to enhance the undergraduate experience in computer science. We do this by promoting professional, social, and educational interaction among students interested in computers or computer science. We also organize various programs such as CS related tutor sessions and resume help sessions. The ACM Student Chapter has approximately 25 members and receives support from the Computer Science Department.
The meetings page contains information about past meetings. Meetings are open to all interested in ACM, for more information see the meetings page.
For those of you who are unaware of what the ACM is, visit their site at acm.org and make sure to view the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
